A graduate of Santa Monica High School in Santa Monica, California, Stella continued her education at Santa Monica Junior College where she received an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts.  Stella would go on to further refine her God-given talent at the Otis Institution, the California Arts Institution, and the University of California Los Angeles.

Stella’s deeply personal and overwhelming love for the arts was divinely inspired at a very early age. Her talent for visualizing shapes, colors, and textures from raw stone is quite unique and greatly expressed throughout her body of work. God is at the core of Stella's creative nature and remains the primary force that sustains the tremendous depth and ease of flow embodied in all her work.

Even when facing life-threatening circumstances, Stella’s love for art has developed into diverse areas of expertise allowing her to pour divine creativity into a variety of stone sculpture styles and types. Stella believes her strength, passion, and creativity flow through her from the world's color, harmony, and abundant love.  Ultimately, the love and support from family and friends allow her to remain ever confident in her ideas and unlimited in her creativity, all of which she gives God the credit and the praise!
